NATIONAL VERTICAL MARATHON 2008
THOSE WHO DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BIKE QUEST HAVE TO JOIN THIS EVENT!
THOSE WHO WANT TO JOIN BOTH ALSO CAN.
INFORM XINER BY 25/1/08 hand in the registration form by 28/1/08

REVIEW ON 1ST DAY OF ORIENTATION
WHAT'S GOOD?
1. Weihan is very enthusiastic in interacting with the J1s - WELL DONE!
2. Most of the J2s are on time - NOTE: Monday activity starts at 5.20pm
3. Almost all of the J2s are in the correct attire
4. Jie Xi and guys stepped out to explain H2O for Sihui when the rest did not understand - GOOD COORDINATION AND INITIATIVE!:)
5. YiTing, Weihan and Sihui willing to take time off to help get the stuff needed from the dungeon
6. Everyone was listening attentively during the debrief - PLEASE be as attentive during meetings :P
7. YiTing and XiangCong initiated to get the Wednesday stuff today after ODAC.
WHAT'S BAD?
1. Some people are too soft when introducing themselves (e.g. PeiWen,Serene...) - dont't take to heart
2. Some people are still late despite reminders... - LATE PENALTIES WILL BE SAME FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT GET THE LEAVE FORM which is
girls- 2 rounds the track on wednesday[outer lane]
boys - 4 rounds the track on wednesday[outer lane]
3. Some people forget to bring ODAC tee despite REMINDER!
4. ODAC DELIVERY was quite disorganised - During the last meeting, some people did not turn up so they did not know what's happening. Those who turned up did not listen carefully.
5. People are slow in getting to their respective places when time is already running out.
So, overall everyone did their part. It's just that this communication problem still exists. So PLEASE listen when the In-charge is briefing. Therefore, PLEASE d/l the proposal, read it, know what will be happening on the orientation on wednesday. WELL DONE guys! hopefully, it'll be better for WEDNESDAY! :D
