EXAMPLE: For absence on Monday(14jan08) - Member has to get the leave form from the odac noticeboard or yjcodac@gmail.com , fill it in, get approval by the friday(11jan08) from the teacher-in-charge and hand it in to either the president,vice-presidents,secretary by friday(11jan08)...

Those who fail to do so will have to face the penalties!!!
Those taking early leave have to be because of VALID reason!!! (too tired not included - e.g)
Those who hand in late will have to face the penalties like those who did not hand in, SO please do everything as told, follow the procedure and everything will be fine.
We're not inflexible, if you have last minute stuff to attend to, INFORM the teacher-in-charge FIRST, INFORM the president/vice-presidents too!
