Btw, we will be meeting at Aljunied on Tuesday at 5:00pm to let the residents know about the Health Mapping Exercise. On Saturday, which is the actual day, we will be meeting at Aljunied MRT station at 7:30am (if I am not wrong). I'm not very sure about the attire to wear yet. Will find out soon.

If we are not meeting there, we will have to meet in school infront of the GO at 8am sharp.

We will also be working with Naval Base Secondary students.

Dear Yjc odac,

we would be having our cip on either on the 4th or 5th of september which is during the september holidays.It would be from the morning till de evening.We are suppose to go for the briefing on the 27th August but we cant make it because we have alreadi book the laser shooting place at Bukit Merah.So, me(syah) and Michelle was appointed to be the in-charge-of logistics and publicity.This also means that to make up for the briefing that we had miss,we would need to come to merpati road which is at Aljunied to give out the fliers to the residents over there. It would propably be in the afternoon of either the 1st or 2nd of septmber which would be 2-3 days before the actual day.I just need you all to take note that u all have to be free on the 1st or 2nd of September and either on 4th or 5th September.It would probably be a whole day event.So bring your water bottles along.I will brief all of u in detailed on the next following odac.:)

RE: CIP event - Singapore Health Mapping Exercise

Hi Guys,

Just to inform you:

Taken from my email from Mr Chong: "We need to go for the recee of the 2 Health Mapping exercise sites in the coming week to decide on the base camps as well as to familiarise ourselves with the sites and their surroundings. I suggest that we go for the recee on this Wednesday (13 August 2008) afternoon from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. We will meet at 4.00pm sharp outside the General Office."


Yups. So we will be going for this thing instead of the initial programme on Wednesday.
