Hi ODACians.

Here's an update on the things u needa do and bring for BIKE RALLY this coming Sunday.

Things to bring:
~ NRIC
~ 500ml-1L of water/ isotonic drink
~ 1 set of spare clothes
~ 1 towel
~ energy bars/ energy gels
~ snacks
~ sweets/ candies
~ sunblock lotion
~ vaseline (optional)
~ 1st aid kit (1 per group - provided by ODAC)
~ BANANA (COMPULSORY)
~ YOURSELF!!!
~~~ Carry a small bag. =)

Things to DO:
~ Drink plenty of water the day before
~ drink plenty of water during race day
~ eat your banana before the race - to prevent cramps
~ sleep early the night before (it does help, trust me)

Things NOT to do:
~ overwork any of your muscles from NOW till race day.
~ oversleep
~ come with panda eyes
~ bring valuable items. eg psp, loads of $$$$, expensive watches.
