First post of 2010!

Here is the updated shift for YJC's Open House on 13/1/10, Wed.

Attire: ODAC shirt with shorts. Red PE shirt if you do not have the ODAC shirt.

Sorry for this last minute changes in the shift! The previous shift did not include the 2hrs preparation time the school gave us, so this is the updated one. Please inform one another about the new shift. Thank you!

People in the first shift are released at 9.30am to prepare for the booth. However, please go for a break and eat first. Meeting time for the first shift people is 10am outside general office. Thank you very much and sorry the shift is longer than others because of prep time.

For the rest of the people, official lessons end at 11.30am. But please be punctual for your shift! If your tutors want to have their own make-up lessons before or after your shift, attend them! But if the lessons clash with your shift, please come down for your shift because this is a school event. Too bad for them la~ :P

Since this open house falls on Wed, it will be our 'ODAC session'. No excuses will be accepted for not coming unless you have an MC and cannot make it for school. Parents letter are also not accepted. Same goes for following ODAC sessions, only MC accepted.

Lastly, Thank you for your cooperation and hope this open house turns out well....I hope.

One last thing, our ODAC session has changed from Mon/Wed to Wed/Fri. PT will be held on Fri so that we can rest till the weekends, rather than on Mon where we still have school the next day. Any objections just talk to either Zi En, Zong Qin or me.
