Hello guys!!

Duty Roster For Open House 2012:

People who will be dismissed early:

From 9.00 am to 11.00am, we will set up the booth.
The rest of the people will be dismissed at 11.00am.

Attire: Red ODAC Tee 2011

Time: 11.00am

Venue: J1-05 (put bags)

Booth location : Netball area

The rest will continue to help out from 11.00am to 12.00pm.

After that, only those on duty need to stay at the booth.

During the break, you all are free to move around.

But please meet Soo Cheen, Guo Wei and Shin Yin at the area near the booth to discuss about J1 Showcase as well as other activities for 1 hour during your free time.

After that all of us are supposed to report back to the booth at 4.30 pm SHARP. From there we will wait until 5.00pm before clearing up the booth, debrief, and dismissed !!!
